Thank you Miway for a positive response, yes i am frustrated because i'm without a car any person would be, I don't have other means of transport and just want my baby fixed, i'm not angry with your team, and if i have to be honest, they are doing a great job, they should just change the way they talk to people and show them the respect they deserve, I work with people everyday and i know how it feels to work with impossible clients but yet i show them respect because i'm a professional.. thank you once again for looking into my problem, i really hope it can be solved asap
