Liquid Capital terrible Service!!! Waste of money!

Called to book in my vehicle for its service and was advised to book this in at 92000km when I took out my policy. Did not receive any policy documents or any confirmation of any sort via e-mail - Nothing! I called client service and spoke to Innocentia who said I must take my vehicle to Mazda for the service and was advised the service centre must contact Liquid Capital. I called and booked in my vehicle with Mazda Alberton for 7am on the 1 November 2013. I was advised by the service centre to get authorisation for Liquid Capital before booking in. I called Liquid capital again and spoke Innocentia who advised my vehicle is covered undet the current mileage and I was cut off. I called again and spoke to Kanya who put me through to Innocentia who was dealing with my query. I was cut off again and called again and got through to Kanya who now said my vehicle would not be covered and that there were no managers available where everybody had left. While attending to my call I was cut off again! I called in again and now could not get through where I had to call back in office hours to start all over again! This is terrible service. I have paid all my premiums Terrible service!
