I opened a Business Account online requested the account be activated as soon as possible. They informed me to take all signed certified documents that the courier would have picked up to my nearest branch for verification and activation. Received great service from online guys!

Went to FNB Brits. Consultants finished their 15min discussion of the previous days events at the printer in front of waiting clients before helping. Consultant would not accept my documents and refused to call the online contact number to sort it out. Received an attitude from the consultant that you would not believe.

Walked to the consultants Manager, Marlet:
- She would not greet me or ask if she can help. Would not stop typing.
- Refuse to call the online department to see if there is a way to help me;
- Treats me, the client, like, as if she owns the branch!

I call the online department afterwards. They are willing to help me and resolve the situation!
Why is this lady, Marlet, a 'manager' if she has no common curtousy, respect for a client or the ability to just try to resolve a situation?

The security guards cleaner at this branch will treat you better than this 'manager'.
