On 4 January 2013 I complained on Hellopeter about poor service from FNB. On 5 January FNB responded by saying that they had escalated my complaint to the relevant department and they would be in touch with me - reference 241979. To date I have heard nothing whatsoever from FNB - their bad service continues!
