On 18 April i noticed that there we were 2 deductions of R153 each (one immediately after the other) from my internet banking account, entitled: "service fee". After noticing them I contacted Nedbank immediately by sending a complaint via the website. I heard nothing so I complained a 2nd time. I then eventually got a phone call from a Marilyn Peterson and was told the matter was being looked into and absolutely no apology/ nor explanation for these mysterious deductions was given (this is not the first time i have been charged by Nedbank some sort of fee which didn't actually apply to my type of account). I would like the funds to be reimbursed asap. i am extremely disappointed in the service. the previous time this happened my money was refunded promptly and without having to perform 'long investigations'. i pay a monthly fee for a Savvy account so that i dont have to be charged additional fees.
