Charged wrongfully on my account

Firstly I was not informed of all the charges that would go off my account, it was told to me R89 would go off for all my monthly fees bt still extra fees is being deducted. Secondly it was told to me that when I swiped my card money did not go off immediately because the merchant where I swiped at did not bank the same day so that is now my problem and I was charged a R270 honour fee, the money should have been taken asap and now because of that I am being charged extra! I'm outraged by this I should be reimbursed I feel that the consultant who opened my account should have informed me about this before I opened my account. Also it was told to me by a consultant I should keep track of my available balance how do I not? If I read what my balance says and nedbank calculated that incorrectly why once again should I pay for a fault on their side? It was also told I should add everything manually to make sure my balance is correct after swiping so why do I pay banking fees and extra fees if I must do everything manually. Because of their balance enquiry not being correct I was in a -R700 which included R270 honour fee. I will at the end of this month close my account bad service
