POOR SERVICE, OVERCHARGED ON BANK FEES!!!

I am very disappointed with the bank fees which we are being charged, we have a set fee and have complained in the banks that we are being billed incorrectly, but nothing has been corrected. Then on beginning of last month we put petrol in our car and did our grocerry shopping and have had proof that there was sufficient funds in the account after this was done. I went into Nedbank in Brits and they basically refused to help us and said that it was correct and we must forget about the proof, whoever heard such rubbish. They then pushed their own things threw first so that the money then would not be enough and charged us a penalty fee for insufficient funds, even though we had enough funds. I have spoken to the bank about it and have no success, now my account is reflecting a negative amount and I do not have an overdraft either and they will charge more fees on top of that. I am hoping Nedbank will sort this out once and for all. For months I have been billed incorrectly, we should have a credit due to all the incorrect fees charged yet again nothing has happened, even though I have been to Hartebeespoort branch and Brits. Please someone help us and sort this out please.
