Nightmare applying for a bond thru FNB

I am a staff member of FNB for 12 years and applied for my 1st bond with FNB Homeloans. Since the beginning i've been having bad service. First they declined my bond and after complaining and qustioning why they approved my bond. I am having endless issues with getting the right info from them. Now my app has to be rescored becos they did not process it as a staff bond and did not incl the transfer fees but the application i completed is s staff application and indicated my employee number on the app and also ticked to have all transfer costs incl.i have to wait anuda 2 more days and the consultants never have the decency to call me back.i always have to follow up on my application and no one seems to know what is going on?? it has taken 3 weeks just to get the process going with fnb and now to be told that everything was done worong on their side and i have to wait 2 more days for a reply.this is rediculous and i'm staff, i can only imagine what horrible service the clients are receiving.i am highly irritated and this needs to be sorted immediately!!! can someone at fnb homeloans do something right??
