6 month home loan application disaster!!

I applied for a home loan in April!! We should have been at the end of this long disaster. However STD bank has now decided they don't want to bond my property after I have spent R95 000 in fees. Its a simplex, that incl 1/15th of the road in the complex. this road has its own erf num, therefore seen as another property. Now STD bank say they don't bond shared property! ITS A ROAD! why didn't the assessor do his job in the beginning? why wait till its time to do the transfer? I'm stuck with the incompetent call centre that keeps telling me to talk to their appointed lawyers, their lawyers sends me to the call centre, the service consultants IN THE BANK sends me to the call centre?? I'm running in circles here and it cost me R95 000! i have no guarantee to get that back! I have logged 3 complaints but still no results. You cannot buy the property without the 1/15th. how the did the other 14 owners get a bond? its only STD Bank that has this issue! And why wasn't the application declined in the beginning?
6 months this has been going on for, and there is no one to help! not even the service consultants in the bank are prepared to go the extra mile. Please resolve this matter!
