HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN POOR SERVICE!!!

I submitted an application with FNB Homeloans for a further loan on my bond in the beginning of February 2013. This was a rather tedious process despite promises by the bank as far as their effiiciency and excellent customer service goes. I eventually got the application processed and signed the second bond documents with the attorneys on 26th of Feb 2013 and the documents were then sent to the registrar for the bonf to be registered. Two weeks later and I still have not heard a thing from anyone at FNB with regards to the pregress of my application. I have made numerous calls to the Homeloans department and I am always given one story or another. I called them this morning and much to my dismay - I have been informed that the bank has misplaced my title deed and that the application will have to be resubmitted from scratch. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE AND I REFUSE TO BE INCONVENIENCED BECAUSE OF SOMEONE ELSES NEGLIGENCE. I DEMAND THIS GETS SORTED OUT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT!!!
