TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM STANDARD BANK HOME LOANS

WE APPLIED FOR A BOND WITH STANDARD BANK TWO MONTHS AGO, AND IT WAS APPROVED FOR 85 %.
BECAUSE WE COULD NOT AFFORD THE COSTS, WE DECLINED THE OFFER OF THE BOND AND ASKED THAT THE BOND APPLICATION BE CANCELLED.
TWO WEEKS AGO WE MADE ANOTHER APPLICATION FOR A LESSER AMOUNT.
IT HAS BEEN REJECTED FOR A STUPID REASON (BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT I WAS A SHAREHOLDER) AND THE BOND ORIGINATORS HAVE RE-INSTATED THE APPLICATION ON 12TH JULY 2013.
BUT FOR ONE WEEK WE HAVE HAD NO FEEDBACK AND NO RESPONSE FROM THE BANK,
WE DONT EVEN KNOW IF SOMEONE IS WORKING ON THE APPLICATION AGAIN???
THE BOND ORIGINATORS HAVE ALSO NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET ANY FEEDBACK FROM THE BANK?
WHAT HAPPENED TO SERVICE DELIVERY AND BEING ABLE TO GET TOLD HOW THINGS ARE PROGRESSING?
