I have subscribed to Fnb connect to purchase date to use on my phone, not knowing that I will need to have adsl for the specific item i purchased. I made an inquiry with Fnb and they advised me why the data would not work on my cell phone. After understanding, the gentleman told me i will get a refund for the data that i've purchased. I thought that was going the extra mile as i did not ask for it or thought i'd be entitled to get it back!
