Hello,
I purchased a 300mb MTN data bundle from my online banking profile and nothing has come through. The amount R79 was taken off my account and the purchase is in my transaction history. I purchased R30 MTN airtime and that appeared about 2 seconds after I completed the transaction.
My ID is 8811285033082 and the transaction code for the purchase of the data is: 7197.
Please assist me with this, as I need the data for my iPhone.
