'free' data not working

I generally absolutely love FNB's service.

I have heard good things about the FNB connect service and since I have a platinum account I receive a few GB's free per month so I thought let me give it a shot before I buy the uncapped option.
I followed the connection guide to the tee and all looked perfect although the internet still did NOT work.
I then double checked my ADSL line by loading data from webafrica and it connected perfectly.

Can somebody please get back to me on this?
