I called Outsurance in an attempt to re-negotiate my insurance premiums for the coming year. I had the privilege of being put through to Ryan Padyachee who truly lives the Outsurance values. Taking into account the length of time I've had my policy with you and my claims to date you came up with a premium re-rate and other benefits which can only be considered astonishing.
