Great service from Outsurance today. First I spoke to Stella Mpotulo who was efficient and friendly. She transferred me to Ryan Padayachee to offer further advice on my request on items within my policy. Ryan was very friendly and helpful in reducing my monthly payments with regards to my car insurance premiums. Also offered advice on my Outsurance bonus and other benefits. Both were extremely helpful and I am very happy with the service I have received from Outsurance over the last four years.
