Hi,

My complaint can be summed up as follows.

Received Blackberry Z10 - 03? 42013.
Logged call on 10? 42013 with FNB advising of faulty screen and they advised phone will be collected on the next day - 11? 42013.
Phone was collected on 15? 42013 at 15:30.
Was advised on 18? 42013 that a new phone would be arriving in 1 week which would be 22? 42013.
Logged a call with FNB complaints due to no feedback on the 22? 42013 and was promised escalation and a reference number.
Received first feedback from FNB since the issue arose with a reference number - 276484 on 23102013.

So I have been without a phone for 3 weeks with no end in site and a permanent on the phone saying we'll get back to you. Why offer a service when there is clearly no infrastructure to support it?

Please can this be resolved this week or the entire deal canceled including couriering fees of R150 so this shocking level of service can end.
