Sent from pillar to post to apply for a homeloan

I initially applied for a homeloan on the 08/01/2014. i sent through all of the required documentation to an e-mail address supplied to me [Email Removed] i recieved a reply stating the loan amount exceeeded R600K and i earned more than R25000 a month. i then had to send my application to [Email Removed] where i was asked to complete another application form, with the same details as i had already completed. a property evaluator came out, and sent his report to the homeloans division, and based on this report i was asked to send my application to the "commercial" department as the size of the property does not meet the criteria. i phoned the "commercial" department and spoke to Frank who advised me they cannot assist as the property is not zoned as commercial land. i then phoned homeloans and spoke to Virginia, who cannot tell me where to send my application as the size is too big, but the property is not commercial land. What do i do Now FNB- who do i speak to to have my application processed in the correct department so i can continue with the purchase of this property
