On the 17th of April 2013 I applied for a increase on my overdraft account and the application said the bank would contact me within 2 days to finalise the overdraft which was approved in principle. I phone them on the 19th only to tell me the application is at the credit scoring department. Phoned them on the 22 April and then they told that the application was only send today to the application department. What is going on at Fnb seems to me they dont care about the customers. I feel like closing all my account at Fnb if this is the kind of service I will receive in the future.
