I applied for my 2nd loan on 16 April and sent through my payslip.2 days later I had not heard back from them so I followed up. They said that I needed to send them letter stating why there was no provident fund on my payslip so my HR manager typed the letter. On April 22 I sent an email asking what the progress of my application was and got no response so i called only to be told that my application was with the processing department. On April 24 i sent an email and was told my application was still with the processing department. I sent email expressing my disgust in the service I was getting and was then told to call FNB helpdesk;they were no help. On April 25 i got an email saying that my payslip and bank account shows different figures for salary. I sent another letter even though I explained this in my application. I emailed the consultant and was again told to call the helpdesk who AGAIN couldn't help. On April 26 they emailed asking for a marriage certificate. I am single just as I was was with my first application. I called again later and was told to call at 4.I called after 4 and was told noone can help because it is too late.

I'm UTTERLY DISGUSTED IN MY BANK!!!
