Settlement Letter Not Received After 3 months

I have been waiting for a settlement letter since the 27th of March for the account that was paid up in January. I was told that I will receive the letter within 7 working days from that date. I have made numerous telephonic attempts but to no avail instead I have been sent from pillar to post by the bank and it's lawyers about who should be sending me the letter. My Ref No: 31755201. My patience is wearing thin. Can someone please respond to this urgently as I need my credit profile updated asap.
