Premium increases& claim

Miway have increased my premium last July which was never communicated with me and this year someone calls to tell me that my premium is going up again due to the reason that they got a notification from ITC that they listed so they are increasing premium because I'm high risk! Were do my profile in ITC have to do with my insurance increase? I was never advised on this info when I took the policy&my contract does not state that can even retrieve voice recordings! I even got a bad service for my car accident claim had to fight for a coutesy car which I pay for every month. I need responds with regards the increase of premiums
