Claim not resolved for 6 months

My vehicle was last year in 9 October 2012 and was recovered on the 25th Ocober same month. I reported all this to the insurance minute it happened. The worse thing is this till today i do not have the car with me, the claim has not been resolved yet. I wrote them lots of mails and phone calling inbetween to an extent that im just praying that one day id recieve my car. All departments have not been able to help, and i had to take a taxi as they could only assist with car hire only for 30 days.

Whats making me very unhappy is that these people still continue to deduct my premiums while the car is in their posession. I tried all i could do, mails too the managers, complaint department and even to theor CEO's office but to date there is no response.

Id like hello Peter to please help with pressurising these peoples and getting all my premiums back as i feel im bieng robbed. In my life time its a first time i hear of someone who has been waiting on a case to be resolved for six months. PLEASE ASSIST ME TO GET MY CAR AND RESTORATION OF MY DIGNITY AS A CUSTOMER AS I HAD TO USE TAXIS WHILE RUNNING A BUSINESS.
