Insurance premiums. No service since Oct!

I took a Samsung tablet through the FNB option. When asked if I would like to insure this device, I said NO I would not like insurance. Months went by until I realised that there was actually a debit order going off every month for this! So on the 25th of October 2013 I laid a complaint to have this matter resolved and to have the premiums put back into my account. I recieved the following feedback 3 Months ago..

"Please be advised that I have confirmed that you did not opt for insurance at point of sale and have requested for our insurance department to reverse the premiums back into your account and for them to cancel it completely. The will notify you as soon as the reversals have been processed.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused."

By the 4th of November nothing was done and there was no further communication So I sent this mail to Iris...

"Hi Iris,
Could please advise me on the status of this issue?
This was from 10 days ago and I still have not recieved the money back into my account.

Thank you."

The date is now 28 December 2013 and nothing has been done!! Also since then another two premiums have been taken off my account.

This is a breach of contract and illegal
