10 weeks later, Head office intervention - NOTHING

Since my follow up complaint on the 11 October I have had 12 e mails from Brian, Head Office customer services. First, a staff member that did the insurance claim for my daighters phone was dismissed for police case numbers so we needed to get an new one because our was evidently - done a month ago. Now for the past three weeks the insurance company will call me - nothing. E mails to Brian, unanswered. I dont think I have ever had such pathetic service and lack of feedback!!

Oh, the latest - my sons phone is damaged and replaced and autopage tell me the problem is resolved. NO, THAT IS ANOTHER PHONE AND A SEPERATE CONTRACT. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY DAUGHTERS REPLACEMENT FROM 3 MONTHS AGO.

Does anybody know if one can go higher than Hello Peter since two and a half months later on Hello Peter I have gotten nowhere and this company is actually a subsciber???
