Deduction Insurance without any communication

Am lodging a grievance against Absa Vehicle finance. I have my car financed through them. I have been paying an instalment of about R3500.00 and from November they stared deducting an extra R1000.00 for insurance without my authorisation which constitute. No one contacted me. I have not receive a letter with the requesting I prove that I have Insurance.
