I enquired about a small overdraft increase. I called the helpline to get the process in action. All I needed to know was how much my debit overdraft fee would increase by. Nobody can give me a straight answer. Its a simple question. I asked the woman to send me an email explaining how it works and I am still waiting for a response. I have been into the bank and they cant do anything either. I am horribly disappointed in the service of FNB. Not to mention how shockingly bad their internet banking is. I am on the verge of changing banks.

All I need is a simple answer and explanation.
