Overdraft Application

On the 4th of March I spoke to some lady named Nosipho to increase my overdraft from R30 000 to R70 000 and I was on the line for a good 30mins and she asked me questions from my expenditures, gross income to my highest qualification. I have been banking with this bank for about 10 years and this bank has this information. I even mailed my latest payslip to them. Needless to say, that has not been effected an no one has called to say why. I have a friend who banks with Standard Bank and she informs me that with her bank, all you need to do is pick up the phone and make an overdraft request and by the time you hang up, the money is available in your account. I can now assure you that by the 1st of April 2013 my acccount will be moved to either Standard Bank or FNB because this is not the kind of poor service I expect when it comes to personal platinum banking.
