Budget in insurance keep on forcing its clients to use bad panel beaters. I took my car in for repairs on 26 March. I was given a car by Budget for the use of 15 days. I had to hand back the car on 11 April even when the repairer could not confirm when my car was going to be fix.. I first called Mfundo Mankule on 0117100694 who said to me that it is out of his hands as to when the repairer will be able to fix my car. I called again on 19 April asking for Mfundo, I was told he is in a meeting. I asked to speak to the manager whom they said was Mr M Snow. he was aslo unavailable. I ended up with Seiso who arranged for my policy to be upgraded which will allow me to get a car for 30 days and that I could expect a call on 20th April for another car. I am still waiting for that call. However, my ABSA acount was debited on 19th April for the additinal amount to upgrade the policy. It is now Monday 22 April 9.15 am and still no call from Budget or the repairer regarding the status of my car. I am stranded and highly inconvenienced without a car. I feel the repair with all their experienced should have an idea who long it will plus minus take to repair a vehicle
