Cheaper not always better!

On the 5th Feb I lodged a claim with Darren February (Claim No:777748184/01), vehicle was taken for assessment on the 6th of Feb in Winchester hills even though we live in the west rand apparrently the closest centre is in the south, was told by assessor that i would be called within 48hrs, no call, so I called and was told they were struggling to get my claim history from my previous insurers but nobody called me to tell me there was a problem anyway I got the info & e-mailed it to budget still no call received until the 14th of Feb when Darren said everything was finalised & that someone from their repair dept would call me either that afternoon or Friday, no call received so I again called 19th Feb to be told West Rand panel beaters were fully booked & they were trying to get an alternative repairer, I myself went to West Rand Panel beaters & sorted it out! I had to do their jobs for them, why do they get paid? I have received disgusting service & this was a minor accident what if it was a major accident? I will never insure with Budget again!!
