I applied for a PL with FNB as I considered FNB superior to the other big banks. Faster, sleeker processes... At least this was my experience last year when I applied for a loan over 60 months but paid it up in 3 months.
Last week I applied for a loan again as I am buy a new property. A week later I am still being passed from pillar to post. Seems like the "amazing" FNB has fallen down. The attitude and inefficiency is more than anyone should have to deal with. The call centre staff on 0861 404040 are rude and unhelpful and keeps cutting the call or transferring one to the automated service.
I finally told Produce today to terminate the application as I refuse to deal with this any longer. Seems like they somehow have the wrong information on my application. Please make sure the application is cancelled. Thanks for nothing FNB. Glad you showed your real colours before I did business with you.
