Unacceptable delay

I was involved in an accident on 14 April. Entered my claim on 15 April, took it for assessment on 16 April, waited for 3 working days as instructed, and phoned again on 22 April. I was instructed to make an appointment with given panel beater in Pretoria. Clearly nothing to complain about! BUT only to be told by the panel beater that they can only help my on 20 May. To my dismay Budget's reply was that there is no alternative. My business and daily income depends on my vehicle which is also insured for business use. It is unacceptable to wait for a month before repairs even commence. Even more so that Budget has no alternative service provider or solution to minimise standing time. I have been on my feet doing a lot of walking lately and this is probably what I have to keep on doing to find an insurer with proper logistic support.
