So since i incepted my policy it has been one stuff up after another,
i drive a collectable mg roadster which was originally painted night fire red which isa crimson red, my car was since vandilised,
basicallly the total damage was a singular deep scratch, and a very slightly cracked bumper and toreplace my door handle for some reason my ENTIRE vehicle was resprayed with a pinkish type of red paint, with a grey speckles of PRIMER PAINT that must have got caught on my car when they were repairing another vehicle. However!! my mirrors remained the original colour of the car!!
Well an employee of discoverys executive management team came through personally to assure me that the matter would be rectfied. i took the car back to the panelbeater, the grey speckles were slightly removed but also removed most of the shine on the vehicle. I accepted he vehicle back and did not complain further as i needed my vehicle and was basicaly exhausted.
