I lodged a claim with Outsurance to have repairs done to my vehicle. I was referred to High Speed Panel beaters. I was not impressed with the conditions of the work shop, but gave them the benefit of the doubt as they are recommended by Outsurance. The vehicle was returned to me today, after 9 days. The bumper and fender needed to be repaired. The bumper was not replaced, just resprayed. To my horror I noticed two dents on my vehicle's front fender (driver's side). These where definitely not on my vehicle when I took it to the assessor or when I dropped my vehicle at the work shop. I had to take my vehicle back to the panel beaters and these repairs are going to take a further two days. The damage was at the back of my vehicle, but the inside of the vehicle was chaos. The steering wheel was adjusted, the radio needed to be reset, my odometer (trip a and b) was reset, the clock also needed to be reset. I do not understand why this was done??? I was informed that all of this happened in the wash bay... sounds like some hectic cleaning?! Is this really the best your company has to offer? What happened to client service?
