KIA damages my brand new car!

I purchased a new Kia Rio from the virtual dealership at the beginning of the year, before taking delivery of the vehicle I inspected the car, I noticed paint issues on the front bumper and the undercarriage of the left side of the vehicle, the alignment of both bumpers were not flush. I brought this to the immediate attention of the sales manager, who informed me that these marks would be buffed out and also assured me that the bumper alignment was normal due to the vehicles being wrapped in plastic.

After having the paint issues attended to, I noticed that the entire car was polished, not just the two paint issues that were pointed out. Due to the head to toe polish, the black trim on the exterior of the vehicle is now covered in polish marks, after a number of washes later and assurances from the dealership that the marks would be removed, they are still there.

The bumper alignment needs to be assessed by a panelbeater despite this being a frequently observation by customers.

The sale manager says this is not his problem and put the phone down on me and the customer services representatives are even less helpful and can't return messages or reply to mails... HELP
