I have changed my account from savings to cheque account after a consultant contacted me. She advised me to change accounts as my bankcosts were very high on the savings account. I went in to see her, and I asked her very nicely how it was going to affect my debit order and security as I receive SMS for each and every transaction done on my account. She assured me that she will change all my debit order to the new account and also have the sms service on the new account. Well since my account has been opened all SmS that I receive is when money is paid into my account. No further transaction comes through on sms, so to me that is a hugh security problem. I have phone prestige call centre, spoken to Natasha on several occasions but my problem is still not resolved i hope but reporting it on Hello Peter something will be done about this problem.
