Incompetent staff with bad attitudes!!

In February, due to being dissatisfied with Standard Bank - i closed my cheque account, & contacted the card division to provide them with my FNB account details in order for them to debit this account for my Std Bank credit card monthly payments. I was advised my payment will come off of this account as of the 1st March. It didn't. I called again on the 4th March to find out why this was the case. My debit order details were "changed" again, only for a lady to call a few days later to give me 2 days to make a payment at the bank. Besides having no time for this, i made the payment. Calling AGAIN to make sure my payment will go off on 1 April. To be advised the last person cancelled my debit order but did enter my new FNB details!!! This was supposedly rectified..but suprise!!! No debit order taken on 1 April. I have no time for this. All due to several INCOMPETENT individuals. I done my part but am being given a bad credit record thanks to these people. I call again this morning to complain, to get told i must refrain from using such language (i told the lady that the staff are STUPID, really??) I WILL NOT waste any more of my time, if you people don't take my money, you get NONE
