I purchase three apple ipads using paypal. After opening a dispute for not receiving the my purchase the seller quickly sent an empty harddrive case to me. I then changed my dispute to " goods received not described" and explained my situation. They rule in favour of the seller as the amount was large and they would loose on the transaction. So any would-be criminal, please use paypal as they guarantee your success.
