So i was caught sleeping and my Phone was permenantly displaced! (Lost/), but due to the specified cover i have on my mobile device i was not to stressed too much by this because i was confident in the brand i have chosen to insure my phone. i called in to lodge my claim and was asked for many things which i compiled with and was still confident that i would receive awesome service but to my surprise all i found was a rotten teeth behind a warm smile. everytime i call in to find out the progress of my claim im told they are waiting for quotations and my claim will be finalised today but nothing and 3days later the company i held in such high regard still hasnt come to the party. so today i finally asked why this is taking so long and im told that the person handling my claim is off and hey they are still waiting for quotes!!! come on guys this is a claim on a cell phone what happens when i have to claim for my car and my laptop which i unknowingly also put in the hands of this brand i thought would deliver a great service. its really sad when international brands enter the market promising the world but offer the same slow, underwhelming service as the rest of the gang.
