Deeply disapointed

Im deeply disappointed with the service i got with this company. They claim to be biggest in the world. But their service is bad when it comes to claiming.
I JUST WANT TO LET PEOPLE KNOW THAT VIRGIN MONEY IS NOT WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE... wonder what Sir Bransom would treat his clients like this. I don't know when he started this brand he had this in mind.

One must not struggle when claiming. I didn't struggle paying them the premium. Now when jtss my turn to claim I'm asked this that are not relevant to claim y claim.
