Standard Bank Home loans lack of stuff education

After banking with Standard Bank for nearly 10 years l applied for a bond as a foreign national and it was approved but is not being processed because l paid the deposit locally and they what the deposit to come from abroad. I have tried to talk to everyone but no one wants to take responsibility or even give a way forward which means I'm going to loose money for Standard bank's lack of accountability and knowledge of this account. I wish they could try not to view these type of problems from a human side of things. A person trying to secure a home for his family and not just an account.
