Cheaper to change to FNB because of NO SERVICE!!!

I have changed 1 personal account and 4 business accounts to FNB. They have a marvelous marketing devision with many beautiful promises advertised on radio, etc. But when it comes to their THREE RIVERS, VEREENIGING branch, there is just no service to offer their customers!! Here's a list of my experiences:

* Waiting 2 hours to see a consultant to issue me with a e-reg card for internet banking registration, and then sitting another hour with the consultant to try and figure out how to do it!!!??? Shouldn't they be trained?? Paulina, Angela, Hennie???

* When complaining, they just arrogantly ignore or make it seem like you are exagerating!???

* EVERY TIME I enter that branch, there are people busy complaining to the staff about the slow pase, and lack of knowledge of the staff. EVERY TIME!!! WHY???

* My dad went in to change his daily payment limit, just to get back to the office to find out it has not been done!!! Who has that kind of time to spend at the bank??? And now he has to go back, and wait and wait and wait... again...??? Could he send FNB an account for his time away from the office??
