FNB Northgate - Worst Service Eve

Went to FNB Northgate to open a new account with my fiance, I have been banking with FNB for a while and he is with Nedbank. I finally convinced him to switch over to FNB, only to go to FNB Northgate, after waiting there for half an hour, no one to help us in sigh, even bought this to the bank Manager's attention, and still no service or help. No one willing to help or even attempt it. They all just look at you like you are an... Almost all the staff was on lunch, surely they plan for lunch times where only half the staff goes on lunch at any given time. After complaining to the branch manager more than once she did not really seem bothered and just said we should wait someone will eventually help us, after she took a person into her office that came there after us and he also just wanted to open a new account, so surely it was within her power to assist us!! I am very disappointed since this Northgate branch is giving FNB a very bad reputation, I have not experienced this bad level of service at any other branch, and now I have wasted all this time in the bank only to still have no new account, now I have to go to another branch, so they have wasted my petrol and time!!
