Pathetic service regarding feed back!!!

My husbands card was cloned and acc was cleaned out (R2471). Went to local branch to sort out and was told to file a dispute... he did that and was told if card was in his position which it was then he would get his money back within 21 days, EVERY DAY he phones and is on hold for up to a hour, he cannot get through to the dispute dep at all. Made a complaint at FNB who said rudely that this was the wrong dep and she could not help him at all which is utter rubbish, he pays alot every month and for what??? For rudeness and awful service??? No im sorry it does NOT work like that!! What bank allows this to happen?? We have been left with nothing and FNB dont care about the customers, maybe its time to switch... The right thing to do is for someone to contact him regarding all this to update him not the other way round where he must follow up and then sit an hour on the phone trying to get through, who pays for the airtime??? THIS IS NONSENSE!!!
