I HAVE REPORTED MY BANK CARD BEING CLONED SINCE JUNE AND THE SANDTON BRANCH DID NOT STOP MY CARD AND ISSUE A NEW CARD. A FEW DAYS LATER SEVERAL THOUSAND WERE TAKEN OFF MY ACCOUNT IN DIFFERENT STORES AND EVER SINCE 15TH jULY I HAVE LODGED A DISPUTE AND NOBODY GETS BACK TO ME. I GO INTO THE RANDBURG BRAND AND THEY KEEP SAYING NOT YET BUT CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT. I HAVE BEEN TO THE RANDBURG BRANCH AGAIN TODAY AND THEY SAY I MUST BE PATIENT. iTS NOT 6WEEKS AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY RE-IMBURSEMENT. PLEASE SUPPLY ME WITH FEEDBACK AS THIS IS GOING ON TOO LONG NOW.
