Over Debited

I went to FNB loans to confirm the amounts that they debited me last week tuesday (09/04/2013) the consultant called some other people who are working with loans and some lady by the name of "Chichi" told me that they will payback the amount that they over-debited in my account after 5 days. Today it is the 18/04/2013, which is 10 days later and still they haven't payed back my money, whenever i call them i get the same response from Chichi: "it will be in today". What kind of mumbo jumbo is this? i thought they take pride in being a bank that takes care of its customers and speedy service but this will definitely make me consider taking my business else where, even though i am not a millionaire i deserve a good service.
