Over debited

Last month I had a call from the loans department in Fnb saying I am in arrears of R1740. I told them its okay they can take out that money in full so I know that I am up to date and my loan would be finished and come to an end. They debited me on Monday the 29 April the full money which was okay but the next day they debited me again of the amount of R1540.34. I did phone them and they said it was a system generated thing and they can't give me back th money immediately. I demand a refund urgently. I don't appreciate Fnb taking money that doesn't belong to them. I work on a budget in my house, R1540.34 is a lot of money.
