Let me start off by saying that 1200 characters is nowhere near enough to describe my experience with FNB so i will just make it short... I have been with FNB all my life and have never thought of switching banks until now. The service at your complaints centre says one thing only: FNB DOESNT CARE!!! I paid off two loans in full, at the FNB Table View with the consultants assistance in May this year only to find out that im still being debited for the loans. I went back to the bank to sort it out, i was told that the loans office did not receive my proof of payment. This was odd as when i paid the loan, the consultant faxed AND emailed it. I thought my problems were over but i was still being debited. I had to wait 6 working days for an answer after going into the bank yet again, calling and emailing various people. I have received a refund i emailed Innocentia, who was assisting me, to explain how they got to the refund amount and why this has happened TWICE to me, to date no one has replied. The service i have received is shocking, it has taken up hours of MY working time to try and sort this out. I know i might not get better service elsewhere but i will NOT bank at FNB anymore!!!
