Bad Service Delivery

I was involved in a car accident 2 weeks ago. I called the insurance company and they came to tow my car on the scene. I never heard anything from them since then. I have to call in all time for updates. They never respond to my e-mails or give me feedback on how far my claim is. Everytime i call, the agent tells me he will call me back or e-mail some documents back but never does and they told me to call the panel beater myself if i want any update on my car. They even told me to call the panel beater to find out if my car is really there. I have never missed one payment of my premiums and this is the service i get. i am very diasppointed and hurt. i trusted them and now as a single mom i have to walk in the rain with my 5 year old daughter. They have not even given me an excess letter yet to date. I have all our e-mail correspondences but no response from them. This is really frustrating.
