7 Days Response turns to a Month WITHOUT response

I had a at my house and logged a query/claim with the insurance company on the 20th March 2013 and was promised feedback WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS by the agent that was attending to my query. I don't blame her for the CLAIM still not being settled or attended to but blame her for not getting back to me as per promised. Now i sent through numerous emails to the customer service desk and complaints department and still to no avail, All i get is an SMS stating that they are still busy validating my claim... what does that mean, I DO NOT KNOW? the people copied on my mail as i presumed they are seniors are Sarah Spence and Lynn Judge... i have one friend who's with Outsurance and his claim was quick as lightnening, no hassles but this iWyze??? No feedback whatsover and lack of RESPECT for its Clients.. SHAMEFUL SERVICE THIS IS.
Had i known from the onset that i will be getting such a raw deal from them i would have gone with another service provider and thus wouldn't be experiencing this frustration!!! Instead of easing the stress they making my blood pressure rise after such an ORDEAL! The less said, the better.
